Alderney Landing

Gracious meeting rooms overlooking Halifax Harbour are attractive, accessible and affordable. Their theatre and glass-walled rotunda are perfect for a reception, dinner, seminar or press gala. Fully licensed facilities and catering services available.

Alexander Keith's Nova Scotia Brewery

Looking for a unique twist of Maritime? Excitement for your conference or meeting? This is the perfect blend of fact and fiction for a true Nova Scotia good time. (It's definitely not a typical brewery tour!). Guided by animators in period costume you will witness the great brew master come to life in sound and story. You will listen to toe-tapping music, play games and celebrate with Keith's brewed right on the premises. Customized packages are available.

Art Gallery of Nova Scotia

Make art a part of your presentation. A spectacular setting for your receptions, audio-visual presentations, and seminars! Features on-site caterer, perfect for sit-down dinners or cocktail parties. Meeting rooms also available.

Canadian Sailing Expeditions

The 34-metre long classic tall ship, Silva, will accommodate groups of 150 passengers for sailings and receptions. Enjoy fully catered meals for 100 guests in her spacious dining area. Relax in the licensed, wood-paneled lounge, enhance the environment with live music or a DJ.

Halifax Citadel National Historic Site

A favourite Canadian National Historic Site, the Halifax Citadel offers meeting space in a unique setting. The Courtyard can host tented events for up to 1500! Various rooms for group dinners and receptions, with atmosphere-building options; the skirl of bagpipes, the boom of the cannon, costumed animators, twilight tours, etc.

Maritime Museum of the Atlantic

Host a reception, dinner, press conference or meeting in a world-famous Maritime Museum. The Small Craft Gallery provides a creative setting for up to 250 people. Murphy's on the Water/Harbour Queen/Theodore Tugboat

Murphy's Mississippi-Style sternwheeler houses leisure tours and receptions for 200. Its lower enclosed and heated deck provides sit-down dinners of up to 100. Fully Licensed Bar.
